Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Dominion Fortress handles information when you visit dominion-fortress.com, submit a project enquiry, or choose to allow optional website analytics. We aim to collect only information needed for these purposes and do not sell personal information.

1. Information you provide

If you submit a project brief, we may collect your name, work email address, company or organization, country, selected service, budget range, timeline and description of your requirements. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card details, confidential customer records or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

2. How we use information

Respond to enquiries and discuss requested services.
Assess the requirements and prepare relevant follow-up, scope or proposals.
Protect the form and website against spam, abuse and repeated automated submissions. For short-term abuse prevention, the form may use one-way hashes of a network address and normalized email address to apply request limits; the rate-limit keys do not contain the raw values.
Maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Understand general website usage only if you explicitly allow optional analytics.

3. Optional analytics and browser storage

Optional analytics is off by default. If you choose “Allow analytics,” the site may record page views and interactions, the page path, the referring website's origin, campaign parameters in the URL, a broad device category and a limited browser user-agent string. A random session identifier is kept in session storage for the current browser tab session. We do not intentionally place form contents, passwords or payment information in analytics events.

Your choice is stored in browser local storage so we can remember whether you allowed or rejected optional analytics. Choose “Privacy Choices” in the site footer to change your choice. If you reject optional analytics, the site should not send those analytics events. Essential technical requests required to deliver a page or submit a project brief can still occur.

4. Service providers and location

We use Supabase to process project enquiries and, when enabled, website analytics. The current Supabase project is configured in the ap-south-1 region (Mumbai, India). Service providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Where visitors are located in other countries, this may involve international data transfers.

If you contact us using an external service such as WhatsApp or your own email provider, that service processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.

5. Retention and security

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate records and meet legal requirements. Analytics records are retained for operational and measurement needs and should not be treated as a record of identity. Retention periods may vary with the nature of a request and legal obligations.

We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive data through the public form.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or raise a complaint with a relevant privacy authority. You can also reject optional analytics or change that choice using the footer's Privacy Choices link.

To ask a privacy question or make a request, email contact.dominionfortress@gmail.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand and verify the request, but do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed.

7. Children

This website is intended for organizations and professional enquiries, not for children. Please do not submit personal information about children through the project form.

8. Updates

We may update this notice as the website or our processing practices change. The effective date at the top indicates the current published version.
