Evidence first. Scope clearly. Delivery connected.
This is the working methodology behind Dominion Fortress cybersecurity, AI, software, cloud, data, growth and technology engagements.
1. Start with the problem
Clients can describe a business problem, technical risk or desired outcome without knowing which service they need. We map that problem to an appropriate capability and scope.
2. Define authorization and scope
Security testing requires appropriate authorization. The agreed scope identifies systems, environments, dates, access, exclusions, responsibilities and deliverables before intrusive work begins.
3. Use the appropriate method
Security work may use established practices such as OWASP, NIST, PTES or MITRE ATT&CK when they genuinely fit the engagement. AI projects emphasize permissions, evaluation, data boundaries, observability and human control. Software projects emphasize requirements, architecture, testing and maintainability.
4. Document evidence
Findings and recommendations should be traceable to observed evidence or explicitly identified assumptions. We do not manufacture client results, certifications, rankings, testimonials or performance claims.
5. Prioritize action
Outputs are organized around practical decisions: what matters, why it matters, how urgent it is and what can be done next.
6. Connect diagnosis to implementation
When the solution requires engineering, AI, cloud, data, SEO or another capability, related Dominion Fortress teams can continue the work rather than leaving the client with a report and no implementation path.
